Riverdale Hall Hotel overlooks its own cricket field, with a good well-kept wicket, covers, all weather strip and practice nets. That most traditional of English summer sports is played regularly on our grounds. Festivals, friendly matches and nets with artificial wickets are available always bring your whites.

Cricketers play with a backdrop of picturesque surroundings - the field is flanked by the North Tyne and unspoilt Northumbrian countryside.

Riverdale Cricket club organises fixtures, festivals and friendly matches for the village and club cricketers.

If you're looking for a pleasant diversion, try our heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, play boules, go salmon fishing in the grounds, or play a round of golf at Bellingham's 18 hole golf course.

Cricket Pitch Hire
